Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on jqya9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfers through major Bangladeshi banks (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No methods other than those listed above are accepted.

3.2 Deposit Terms

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The account used for the withdrawal request must match the account used for the deposit.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on jqya9 can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount). The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless specifically permitted).
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• jqya9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

jqya9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

6.2 VIP Terms

Regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform are required to advance to a higher VIP tier. VIP benefits are subject to conditions in the same way as bonuses, and jqya9 reserves the right to change the VIP program at any time.
